We are seeking an experienced Sales Director (individual contributor) to join a fast-growing Retail Media Ad Tech platform and drive growth in Germany within the EMEA region.

The Role Work closely with VP Sales on sales go-to-market strategy

Identify and close new business opportunities across both agencies and brands

Selling into C-suite and senior leadership

Work within two of the leading sectors in advertising : Retail Media and AI

Desired Skills & Experience Experience selling ad tech into agencies and ideally brands directly

Experience selling an AdTech SaaS offering

Proven ability hitting sales targets of $1M+

Desire to work for a rapidly growing scale-up in Retail Media
