Location : San Diego, CA

Here's what you'll need to bring to the table :

License : Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Experience : 15+ years of relevant electrical design experience, with a strong portfolio in healthcare and complex projects. Proven experience in leadership roles and team mentorship.
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Software Proficiency : Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, etc.).
Communication : Client-facing experience with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Leadership Skills : Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentor engineering staff.
Business Acumen : Business development acumen is a strong plus.

Spearhead electrical design efforts for intricate building systems, with a strong emphasis on healthcare, institutional, and large-scale commercial ventures.

Serve as the Engineer-of-Record, ensuring unwavering compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and rigorous QA / QC protocols.

Forge and nurture robust relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and a driving force in project leadership.

Expertly oversee and manage multidisciplinary project teams, meticulously handling schedules, budgets, and critical deliverables.

Provide invaluable technical mentorship and insightful guidance to our talented engineering staff.

Actively contribute to business development initiatives, including the creation of compelling proposals, engaging presentations, and the cultivation of exciting new opportunities.

Collaborate closely with firm leadership to shape and execute strategic plans for office growth and impactful market expansion.

$140,000-$170,000 per year
