What You’ll Do :

• Attract, develop, and retain a top-tier operations team through effective selection, training, mentorship, and performance management.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones with Discipline Leads and Project Managers to boost communication, morale, and alignment with company goals.
• Delegate and supervise responsibilities, providing guidance to maximize team performance and company profitability.
• Dive into financial reports to ensure operational success and contribute to setting company-wide priorities.
• Anticipate market trends, implementing forward-thinking changes to keep us competitive.
• Build and refine repeatable processes that drive efficiency and excellence across the organization.
• Collaborate with our executive team to execute the SAEC vision and champion our core values.
