Position : Controller / Finance Director

Job Type : Full-Time

Location : Ft. Lauderdale, FL

Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Controller / Finance Director to oversee all financial operations of the company. This Controller / Finance Director will be responsible for managing the company's financial planning, reporting, and internal controls to ensure long-term stability and profitability in a growing business.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP / AR, payroll, and general ledger accounting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company growth.
• Manage and produce timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Manage inter-company billings and credit card charges.
• Track project costs and profitability, work closely with project managers on job costing.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and policies
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, and industry-specific regulations
• Advise leadership on financial planning and risk management
• Partner with external stakeholders.
