South Florida Recruiters is partnering exclusively with a well-established company that has been successfully operating for over 40 years. We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Controller to join the team and work closely with C-Level Executives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Collaborate directly with the CFO to support strategic financial initiatives
• Compile, prepare and analyze financial statements and accounting reports
• Perform and manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Support the budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning process
• Lead and coordinate audit reviews, ensuring timely completion and compliance with all requirements
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff
• Make recommendations to the C-Level Executives
