Logistics Leader

Duties :

• Develop the plan for the execution of on time deliveries for all customers at 100% acceptance level.
• Build a sustainable lean operation capable of not only supporting the companys tremendous projected growth but also driving it.
• Manage the procurement of mass production raw material while balancing physical inventory and preventing line shutdown.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and implement best practices related to forecasting and supply inventory control.
• Facilitate continuous improvement of material flow and material management within manufacturing facility and supply chain.
• Manage warehouse operations including stock management related to shipping cycle counts efficiency accuracy & stock return.
• SAP input / management : Oversee all receipts for incoming raw materials; oversee all transfers from inventory managed to warehouse managed.
• Manage scheduling and loading / unloading of all incoming / outgoing containers.
• Coordinate and implement consignment materials future inventory and warehousing concepts.
• Track and report inventory issues and coordinate resolution.
• Manage physical inventories for each BU annually; research and implement best in class inventory practices.
