Senior FP&A Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr. FP&A Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Manage financial processes including forecasting, budget planning, and performance reporting

Conduct reporting and analysis on P&L statements, variance to budget / forecast, and market updates

Present business performance insights to senior leadership and partner with stakeholders on compensation programs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field

3-7 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Planning, or Analytics

Strong understanding of OPEX, P&L management, and cost drivers

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with reporting tools like Power BI or Anaplan

Familiarity with C-Suite communication and a drive for continuous improvement
