Job description

Position Details:

Role: Clinical Trial Data Coordinator

Location: Bethesda, MD

Duration: Full-time Permanent Opportunity

What You ll Do:

  • Own Clinical Trial Data Entry & Submission: Accurately enter and submit clinical trial data into Sponsor s Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system while ensuring compliance with study timelines.
  • Manage Secure Data Transfers: Handle patient image data transfers with precision, ensuring security and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain & Organize Investigator Site Files: Keep all regulatory and essential documents updated, version-controlled, and compliant with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  • Ensure Inspection Readiness: Track and archive revisions, maintain historical versions, and guarantee accessibility for audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Support Cross-Department Coordination: Serve as a key administrative liaison, ensuring seamless communication and monitoring of clinical trial data entry tasks across departments and external sites.
  • Contribute to Data Capture Efficiency: Assist in designing and developing eSource documents that align with protocol-specific requirements, improving the efficiency and accuracy of data collection.


What We re Looking For:

  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with clinical trial management systems or eSource platforms (a plus!).
  • Meticulous attention to detail - you thrive in ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Must demonstrate ownership, curiosity, and willingness to dig deeper to understand the systems and context.
  • Experience managing and inputting patient data across EDC systems and sponsor portals (e.g., Medidata, RedCap, Inform)
  • A self-starter who can work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Someone excited to build. This role is integral in shaping our Clinical Trials Program from the ground up, making it scalable to support our rapid growth.
  • A team player who understands that data integrity is critical to securing sponsor reimbursement and driving the success of our trials.
