As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll work directly with hospice Clients, and support them with the following types of activities :

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team

Delivering compassionate end of life care

Eligibility Requirements :

Valid LPN License and IV Certification

Valid ID

Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
