As a Security Officer - Industrial Site - Bike Patrol in Wilmington, DE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a crucial role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols throughout the property. Your visible presence and attentive approach will contribute to a secure environment for everyone on site. This position requires the ability to ride a bike and is a driving post, so a valid driver's license that meets Allied Universal's driver policy requirements is necessary. You will interact with staff, visitors, and vendors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication while responding to various situations as they arise. Mon 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Tue 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Thur 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Fri 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
