A company is looking for an Associate Director, Regional Accounts - Northeast.

Key Responsibilities

Lead market access initiatives and foster relationships with regional healthcare accounts

Ensure profitable access for products across pharmacy and medical benefits while optimizing contract outcomes

Develop account strategies and execute business engagement for assigned products with key leaders in health systems

Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

10+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including 3+ years in IDN account management or sales management

Preferred experience in infusion site of care settings

Working knowledge of Regional Payers and Integrated Health Systems

Demonstrated success in large account management and market sales growth
