Job Title : Loan Administration / Loan Operation / General Affairs

Location : Downtown Houston, Texas

Description

This is a full time position, we are seeking a positive team player to handle loan data entry and general affairs.

Responsibilities

Reimbursement and Interest Collection.
Commercial / Syndication Loan & Trade Financing Disbursement.
Perform loan funding duties, review loan documents & requirement, process loan funding & set up loan documentation file.
General Affairs & Accounts Payable
Vendor & Contract Management
Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures.
Other assignment upon supervisors' request.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, or a related field.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Related banking experience and / or professional certification is a plus.

Positive and be a good team player.
