A company is looking for a Facilities Coordinator Lead - Office.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor Facility Coordinators across multiple office locations

Monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure consistent execution of service protocols

Manage relationships with third-party service providers and oversee work order management

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in facilities management or operations

Proven leadership experience managing distributed teams

Proficiency in CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office applications

Experience in vendor management and service delivery oversight

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in facilities or operations
