Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good human relations and communication skills
- Ability to be flexible to meet the needs and interests of children but also adhere to expectations of the program
- Reliable transportation
- Experience working with children 5-12 years of age (preferred)

Important Notes
- This position is for the District's Kids Plus Summer Program, which will be located at Garden Hills Academy.
- Summer Camp runs Monday through Thursday from June 10, 2024 through July 11, 2024. Exception : There will be no school on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 and Thursday, July 4, 2024.
- Student Contact Hours will be from 7 : 30 a.m.-3 : 30 p.m. Staff will be expected to be on duty (and will be paid) from 7 : 00 a.m.-4 : 00 p.m.
- Initial required training (paid) will be June 4, 2024 and June 5, 2024 from 10 : 00 a.m.-2 : 00 p.m at the Champaign Public Library.
- Recreation Leaders will be paid at the rate of $17.00 / hour.
