Amazon Worldwide Operations is looking for a Program Manager, Central Operations to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional projects and programs within Amazon Logistics (AMZL).
Key job responsibilities
- Be the single-threaded owner responsible for planning, execution and delivery of defined projects
- Partner with teams across the business you support and beyond to source, allocate, and coordinate resources
- Influence design and development of strategic processes
- Manage and deliver results on complex projects across multiple organizations
- Work with program managers and business leaders to communicate and impact critical business initiatives
- Engage with stakeholders to provide lift and guide the team and their customers toward consensus
- Negotiate process improvements and needed features, distinguishing between important and urgent
- Gather and analyze data to help drive business decisions
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field1-3 years of program or project management experienceExperience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvementsExperience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipExperience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsKnowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical / IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
