Key Responsibilities
Utilizes various sourcing channels to identify and attract top talent
Conducts comprehensive candidate assessments and evaluates candidates based on experience and cultural alignment
Partners with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and coordinates interviews
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Three or more years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field
Proficient understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
Experience with diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) practices
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday
