The Role :

The Senior Material Support is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing regular cycle counts, and supporting warehouse operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in SAP, and the ability to ensure materials are properly tracked, stored, and distributed.

Core Responsibilities :

To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and company policies
• Manage freight invoices and ERP / SAP transactions, including coding, approvals, and reporting
• Support production planning, shipping, and receiving activities, including daily order processing, export documentation, and cycle counts
• Coordinate with vendors, customer service, and other locations to resolve issues and ensure timely material flow
• Lead or participate in Lean / 5S initiatives, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement projects
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve to maintain efficiency and meet customer expectations
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to track materials and project progress
• Assist with physical inventories and contribute to process improvements that drive efficiency and cost savings

The estimated pay range for this position is $24 / hr. to $26 / hr. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location.
