A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to assist in processing invoices and issuing payments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle vendor correspondence and respond to inquiries regarding invoices
Maintain documentation and files according to company policies
Assist with payments processing and month-end closing activities
Required Qualifications
AA degree in Accounting, Business, or similar OR 1-2 years relevant work experience
Experience with Concur and NetSuite is a plus
Available to work 8AM to 5PM PST
