Crew Members at Jersey Mike's will be helping with customer needs as they enter and interact in the store. Employees will work the front counter, be responsible for customer service, making sandwiches, interacting with customers and co- workers on a continual basis. Crew members will complete other tasks associated with operating a store. The expectation of any employee is to uphold the highest level of all of Jersey Mike’s operational standards.
