We are seeking a Spanish speaking reliable, compassionate, and professional In-Home Caregivers / Home Health Aides to provide hands-on care to seniors and disabled individuals within our community.

Responsibility
You will be responsible for in-home personal care and companionship as per the care plan for the client. Activities could include.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and other personal care.
- Prepare meals and assist with eating.
- Provide essential housekeeping including laundry and changing linens.
- Accompany clients on errands and provide transportation.
- Offer engaging companionship and conversation.
- Build relationships and trust with clients and their families.
- Maintain accurate client records, reporting any changes in condition.
Requirements
- Spanish speaking
- Previous experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required.
- Current and valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable personal transportation
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform the duties of the position.
- Warm and caring personality

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exhibit responsible and professional behavior.
- Ability to uphold patient confidentiality.
