  • Healthcare Setting : Acute Care, Level I Trauma Center\n
  • Unit : 2A - Admissions - Med / Surg (15 private bed unit)\n
  • Assignment Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 1 / 5 / 2026, End : 4 / 6 / 2026)\n
  • Shift : 12-hour nights (1900-0730), every other weekend and holiday\n
  • Hours per Week : 36 guaranteed\n
  • Nurse to Patient Ratio : 6 : 1 (Nights)\n
  • Dress Code : Navy Blue Scrubs\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2050 - $2200\n

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license\n
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg nursing experience\n
  • Level I Trauma Center experience required\n
  • Proficiency with Epic charting system\n
  • BLS certification (AHA required)\n
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, acute care environment\n
  • Willingness to float to other Med / Surg units as needed\n
  • Travel nurses must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility\n

  • Perform initial admissions and deliver comprehensive care to Med / Surg patients\n
  • Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with clinical best practices\n
  • Utilize Epic for electronic health records, Zebra phones for communication, Omnicell for medication management, and Aleris IV pumps\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes\n
  • Participate in unit-specific training and orientation programs\n
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards\n
