POSITION OVERVIEW

The Manager / Senior Manager of Financial reporting is a highly visible role will lead and scale our technical accounting and financial reporting function and be responsible for the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. Additionally, this position will support the overall accounting function in its financial close process, manage our external audits, serve as a critical thought partner across finance and accounting and business leadership, and play a key role in establishing scalable processes that align with SOX compliance and enterprise financial standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead technical accounting research and documentation to ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including global consolidations and variance analysis.
• Provide accounting guidance on complex transactions (e.g., revenue recognition, leases, M&A, equity compensation).
• Drive implementation of and adherence with new accounting standards and maintain up-to-date accounting policies and procedures.
• Partner with external auditors, manage the external audit process, and prepare required supporting documentation.
• Supervise and develop a global accounting team across financial reporting, technical accounting, and consolidation functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial implications of key business transactions and activities.
