Job Description

• Provide recruiting support to the HR department
• Coordinate, conduct and assist with screening / interviews
• Assist with the employment and onboarding processes, including background checks, offer letters and such for custodial technician positions
• Act as a liaison between the hiring managers and candidates to complete onboarding process
• Review applications for quality and scheduling purposes
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails
• Ensure smooth flow of information between employees and Human Resources
• Enter employee data into applicant tracking system
• Repost Custodial Technician Job Ads on a monthly basis
• Troubleshoot system issues accordingly
