A company is looking for a Revenue Assurance Coordinator, responsible for managing job-related documentation and ensuring accuracy in sales orders.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain job jacket files, ensuring all necessary documents are accurate and complete
Review sales orders for accuracy, ensuring margins are within tolerance and resolving any discrepancies
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to address issues that may affect revenue recognition and billing
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
Intermediate Excel skills and basic technology skills, including MS Office Suite
1 year of quality review, reconciliation, or audit experience for Level II; 3+ years for Level III
Experience in homebuilding is preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
