Sales Operations Supervisor

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Supervisor for their CCA organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach a regional team of Sales Admin specialists in processing quotes and purchase orders

Supervise daily operations to ensure SLA adherence, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies

Monitor backlog and open order reports while partnering with cross-functional areas to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related field

2+ years of leadership experience in Sales Operations or Process Management roles

Strong knowledge of ERP / CRM systems and order-to-cash workflows

Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience with Power BI is a plus

Ability to interpret and apply corporate policies and compliance standards
