Sales Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Kovr.AI is revolutionizing cybersecurity with AI-powered solutions that protect organizations from emerging threats. We're seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our high-performing team and drive operational excellence across our sales organization. This is a pivotal role that touches every aspect of our revenue enginefrom deal execution to partner enablementreporting directly to our CEO. You'll work with world-class partners including Carahsoft, BigBear.ai, and Second Front Systems, building on our strong foundation to scale our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Deal Desk & Contract Management
- Generate accurate quotes, proposals, NDAs, and contracts for customers
- Manage deal approvals and ensure compliance with company policies
- Streamline contract workflows using CRM and eSign platforms
Sales Enablement
Develop and coordinate sales collateral, presentations, and training materialsCreate compelling visual content using design tools to support sales effortsOrganize and deliver training programs to keep the sales team equipped for successChannel Management
Manage and optimize the Kovr.AI partner programEmpower partners with tools, training, and resources to drive mutual successCoordinate partner communications and track program performanceCross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, marketing, technical, and partner teamsIdentify process improvements and implement scalable solutionsServe as the operational backbone connecting all revenue-generating functionsBasic Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or sales operationsBachelor's degreeExpert writing skills with ability to craft clear, persuasive content. Comfortable using AI tools like Claude.Proficiency in CRM platforms (Freshsales, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)Strong design capabilities in Google Slides, Canva, Adobe, and / or GammaExperience with eSign tools (DocuSign, Google Workspace, or similar)Preferred Qualifications
MBA degreeExperience and / or certifications in cybersecurity2 or more years experience in Federal and highly regulated enterprises2 or more years in channel and category management for tech companies pursuing an OEM strategyLocation : Reston, VA (Hybrid / Onsite at Kovr.AI HQ)
