Sales Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Kovr.AI is revolutionizing cybersecurity with AI-powered solutions that protect organizations from emerging threats. We're seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our high-performing team and drive operational excellence across our sales organization. This is a pivotal role that touches every aspect of our revenue enginefrom deal execution to partner enablementreporting directly to our CEO. You'll work with world-class partners including Carahsoft, BigBear.ai, and Second Front Systems, building on our strong foundation to scale our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Desk & Contract Management

  • Generate accurate quotes, proposals, NDAs, and contracts for customers
  • Manage deal approvals and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Streamline contract workflows using CRM and eSign platforms

Sales Enablement

  • Develop and coordinate sales collateral, presentations, and training materials
  • Create compelling visual content using design tools to support sales efforts
  • Organize and deliver training programs to keep the sales team equipped for success
  • Channel Management

  • Manage and optimize the Kovr.AI partner program
  • Empower partners with tools, training, and resources to drive mutual success
  • Coordinate partner communications and track program performance
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, technical, and partner teams
  • Identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions
  • Serve as the operational backbone connecting all revenue-generating functions
  • Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or sales operations
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Expert writing skills with ability to craft clear, persuasive content. Comfortable using AI tools like Claude.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Freshsales, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
  • Strong design capabilities in Google Slides, Canva, Adobe, and / or Gamma
  • Experience with eSign tools (DocuSign, Google Workspace, or similar)
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree
  • Experience and / or certifications in cybersecurity
  • 2 or more years experience in Federal and highly regulated enterprises
  • 2 or more years in channel and category management for tech companies pursuing an OEM strategy
  • Location : Reston, VA (Hybrid / Onsite at Kovr.AI HQ)
