Assistant Program Director – Southwest Florida’s Fly 98.5 (WFFY-FM). Fly 98.5 isn’t just looking for ANY Assistant Program Director. We’re looking for someone ready to step up, take real ownership, and lead the brand forward — on-air, on social, and on the streets. What You'll Do :

• Own the music scheduling process and keep the station sounding fresh and true to strategy
• Present a LIVE, ENTERTAINING and LOCALLY-FOCUSED on-air show every day while oozing personality and hustle
• Work closely with management and consultants to execute brand strategies
• Assist with staff scheduling and execution of station promotions
• Show up, show out, and rep Fly 98.5 at events and sales meetings
• Communicate clearly and consistently
