You are responsible for :

Perform a variety of verification tests on oral healthcare products using a broad range of customized equipment, including manual inspections, semi-automated test equipment, and fully automated testers.

Execute testing procedures by following documented instructions (Test Protocols). Collect, organize, and analyze experimental data. Document results in written test records.

Evaluate new test methods and make recommendations to engineering teams.

Maintain lab equipment and testers by performing calibrations and preventive maintenance as needed.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :

2-Year technical degree or equivalent + 5 years experience

Good electrical, mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills. Good understanding of fundamental engineering and physical principles.

Demonstrated initiative in identifying and resolving problems, including familiarity with operating and troubleshooting custom test equipment.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and collect, organize, and analyze experimental data and write technical reports. Good communication skills are a must.

Perform engineering tests and make observations and recommendations to product development engineers.

Familiarity working in a fast-paced, cross-functional product development environment.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma, Vocational Education.

Work Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in Research and Development (R&D) environment, Engineering Laboratory or equivalent.
