Lab Technician : 25-04989 (No C2C)

Duration : 12-month contract with possible extension

Location : Redmond, WA (Onsite)

Pay Range : $25.00 - $30.00 per hour on W2

Primary Skills : Hardware Technician, Quality Control, MES software, FOD / ESD, A erospace or automotive manufacturing industry preferred

Export Control Requirement : Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder) , or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Medical Lab Technician III to join our dedicated team in Redmond, WA. This role requires managing expected turnaround time per workstation, adhering to stringent quality control policies, and supporting both process work and safety standards to ensure team compliance and excellence in output. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams, focusing on assembly and improvements to the propulsion system, thriving in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the expected turnaround time per workstation.
• Adhere to the labs' quality control policies, document all activities, and conduct required calibrations and maintenance.
• Proactively identify and address problems affecting test performance or results, notifying senior staff when necessary.
• Adapt to schedule changes and respond to emergencies.
• Support process work, ensure quality and adherence to standards, and participate in team meetings and coordination to minimize production interruptions.
