What You'll Be Doing :

• Oversee labor compliance for public works and prevailing wage projects, ensuring full adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports, Davis-Bacon wage determinations, and related documentation.
• Conduct thorough on-site audits, labor classification reviews, and employee verification checks.
• Develop, update, and enforce compliance policies and procedures across all construction projects.
• Train field and office staff on labor regulations, reporting standards, and documentation best practices.
• Serve as the primary liaison with government agencies (e.g., DOL, DIR) during audits or requests.
• Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to maintain accurate employee data and records.
