CareCrowd is building the operating system for the 92% of healthcare that happens after the appointment — where decisions are made without guidance and outcomes are won or lost.
This is a founding-level engineering seat . If you have not taken a product from zero to real users before, this is not the right role.
Requirements
What you will do :
- Architect and build the first production version of CareCrowd’s platform
- Ship end-to-end : frontend, backend, infrastructure — no silos, no handoffs
- Design product that is trusted by physicians and effortless for families
- Balance speed with responsibility in a high-stakes environment
- Collaborate directly with founders to shape what launches — and what doesn’t
You are a fit if :
You have personally shipped and owned a zero-to-one product in productionYou default to taste, clarity, and precision , not feature dumpingYou build with urgency — but never recklessnessYou think in systems, not ticketsYou are energized by unknowns, ambiguity, and category creation — not by roadmaps written for youNice to have (not required) :
Experience in care delivery, clinical systems, or high-trust environmentsReact / Node / TypeScript / Postgres fluencyExperience with secure messaging, realtime systems, or privacy-sensitive infraWhat this is not :
Not employee #12 on a product already in motionNot a roadmap executor or ticket closerNot feature work — this is infrastructure that defines the categoryWhat this is :
A chance to build what healthcare has been missing — and to do it from the founding table with full ownership, real impact, and equity upside.
If you build for outcomes that actually matter, not outputs that simply ship — we should talk.
