Job Title : Collision Center Production Manager

Location : Ed Voyles Hyundai & Honda Collision Centers

Ed Voyles Hyundai & Honda Collision Centers are seeking a Production Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on organization, efficiency, and teamwork in the automotive collision repair industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations of the body shop and ensure repair workflow runs efficiently from drop-off to delivery.

Coordinate with estimators, technicians, parts departments, and insurance companies to keep repairs on track and on time.

Monitor quality control checkpoints and ensure vehicles meet dealership and OEM repair standards.

Maintain production schedules and adjust workloads as needed to meet deadlines and customer expectations.

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to technicians and staff to ensure performance goals are met.

Help manage parts flow and supplement approvals to minimize delays.

Drive accountability and promote a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate :

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.

Knowledge of collision repair processes, insurance procedures, and industry software (CCC One preferred).

Excellent communication skills with both internal team members and external customers / partners.

Prior production management or shop foreman experience in a collision center is highly preferred.

Bilingual a plus but not required.
