Job descriptionBusiness development, you are responsible for prospecting C-level clients regarding their recruitment needs and talent hunting You lead the first meetings of the discovery phase, from signing the mandate to taking the brief You hunt, test, and select the best profiles with the help of our Talent Acquisition team You know how to present and pitch the talents You are responsible for closing deals and ensuring the revenue within your scope You benefit from the best experts, coaching hours, and a unique method It is imperative to have prior experience (3 years) in Sales / Hunting for this role : ) Grande cole, Business school, Bachelors degree + 5 Born hunter Analytical skills Driven by results Excellent interpersonal skills Team spirit First interview with our Talent Acquisition Specialist : Getting to know each other (15 min) Second interview with the manager of the position : Delving into the core competencies (30 min interview) Third interview : Case study
