We are growing start-up that is looking for talent to grow with!

As a Care Coordinator, youll be the first voice patients hear. Youll educate them on treatment options, assess their eligibility, and guide them through every step ~ making what can feel overwhelming feel doable. This role is a blend of patient advocacy, logistics, and clinical communication.

• Youre consistently helping patients get scheduled for evaluations at top clinics
• You build trust fast, and patients feel supported, not sold to
