A company is looking for an Employment Attorney with California Employment Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide employment counseling and advisory work focusing on California employment law
Advise on HR and compliance matters, including claims and demand letters
Support teams in navigating federal and state employment laws efficiently
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of California employment law
Significant in-house legal experience
Practical, business-minded approach to legal issues
Ability to work remotely and support Pacific Time business hours
Availability for a project duration of approximately 3.5 months, 25-30 hours / week
