THE OPPORTUNITY

Were looking for a self-motivated, results-driven sales professional with deep knowledge and connections within Arizonas aesthetic, MedSpa, dermatology, and professional skincare market. This is an opportunity to grow a new territory from the ground up - with the support of our HubSpot-powered lead-gen engine, dynamic marketing campaigns, and targeted advertising programs. You will be the face of DermaQuest in Arizona - building new business, expanding market share, and cultivating lasting partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospect and close new business accounts
• (MedSpas, Estheticians, Dermatologists, Spas, Salons)
• Manage and nurture your territory pipeline using HubSpot CRM
• Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and staff to educate, sample, demo, and sell
• Highlight DermaQuests Skin Health System as a strong point of difference
• Partner with HQ to run local promotions, educational events, and training days
• Leverage sampling, gratis, and trunk stock programs effectively to drive ROI
• Report weekly activity, wins, and account progression in CRM
• Act as a brand ambassador - inspiring trust, professionalism, and passion
• Manage weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals effectively
