Job description

Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Legal Search Solutions has partnered with a well-established personal injury law firm, located in Central Broward County, that is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This is a full-time, in-office role, supporting a busy litigation practice.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) – required
  • Minimum 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience
  • Strong understanding of litigation procedures, deadlines, and case flow
  • TrialWorks experience is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, client service, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and prepare letters, legal documents, pleadings, and discovery
  • Assist with trial preparation , including organizing exhibits and case files
  • Maintain and manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and reminders
  • Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
  • Maintain and update client files from case intake through case closing
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
