What You'll Do

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and / or behaviors.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity.

Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and management as needed while upholding Allied Universal standards.

Document and report observations, incidents, and / or hazards according to site-specific procedures.

Support emergency preparedness and response activities as directed by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements

Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
