Call Center Representative

Our client, a leading provider in the benefits consulting industry, is seeking a Contact Center Consultant to join their team. As a Contact Center Consultant, you will be part of the customer service department supporting the Annual Open Enrollment project. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Contact Center Consultant

Location : Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Rate : $19 / Hour

What's the Job?

Provide accurate information on benefits and group insurance programs.

Identify and suggest improvements to program design and administrative procedures.

Record employee benefit enrollments with precision.

Explain complex insurance program details to employees and their dependents.

Apply advanced knowledge of benefit programs and company policies to resolve inquiries.

What's Needed?

1+ years of prior call center experience is required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and empathetic manner.

High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Passion for helping others navigate their benefits.
