Description
The receptionist must demonstrate the C&J core values and serve as the HQ face of the company to all visitors and employees. This person must with all members of the executive team and other departments as applicable to support the various administrative activities of Collins & Jewell.

Work Environment :
This position may require working long days, including evenings and weekends, to fulfill position duties. It may require out of state air or road travel. A clean driving record, a current and valid driver's license, and proof of insurance is required. While this position is mainly indoors in a climate-controlled office, visitations to the outdoor plant facilities may be required. Key Responsibilities
o Maintain a warm and positive attitude when greeting any individual at the front desk
o Handle incoming / outbound calling in a thorough and professional manner including screening calls prior to transfer
o Work with multi-line phone system
o Maintain security protocols and badging for visitor access via Receptionist system
o Maintains organization and cleanliness in work area
o Manage and coordinate scheduling company events
o Seek out, manage, and coordinate writing various reimbursement grants
o Manage inventory of marketing materials (company clothing, promotional items etc.)
o Manage inventory of mailroom supplies
o Maintain company directory
o Assist with administration of badging programs for C&J and customers
o Produce and manage distribution of regular company newsletters
o Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel and other executive activity.
o Demonstrate initiative in filling gaps in bandwidth as appropriate
o Provide administrative support to the executive team as requested
o Collect, review, and analyze key performance indicators, prepare reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials as applicable.
o Maintain organized files and archives of relevant records.
o Produce, review, and edit various communications.
o Perform a variety of other administrative-based duties as applicable.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
o High school diploma required, associate or bachelor’s degree in related disciplines preferred
o 2-5 years of experience preferred.
o Desirable character, enthusiasm, and ability to learn are required and may be accepted in lieu of experience.
o Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency.
o Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
o Attention to detail.
o Artistic ability and strong grasp of elements of design.
o Ability to effectively coordinate with input from multiple leaders.
