As anAssistant Salon Leader, you will assist in managing the day-to-dayoperations of the salon, as well as manage the salon in the SalonLeader's absence.

You will also spend your time working behind thechair to provide education and consulting to your guests regardingthe best service and Home Hair Care products, so they may recreatetheir new look athome!

Qualifications :

AssistantSalon LeaderRequirements :

• Ability todemonstrate a passion for people and customerservice
• Strong leadership skills that inspireand motivate performance
• Strong interpersonal,oral communication and listening skills
• Abilityto build and maintain strong client and teamrelationships
• Ability to work independently andas part of a team to achieve salongoals
• Ability to be flexible and adapt tobusiness needs
• Reliable and available to workvarious schedules, including nights, weekends andholidays
• Strong organizational and follow upskills
• MUST HAVE A COSMETOLOGY LICENSE in thestate you are applying for, eligibility to work in the UnitedStates
• 6+ months Cosmetologist experience in asalon environment performing hair services AND basic mathskills
