Primarily looking for Industry Leaders with 1) Expert-level Enterprise Architecture experience, 2) Stellar or extensive Custom Development background / experience, and 3) Excellent proficiency with Project Management , juggling multiple projects.

About the Role The Principal ES will be part of the Leadership Team in DivIHN and will report to the President & CEO of DivIHN.
Primary accountabilities and responsibilities include :
Provide leadership, build upon existing capabilities, and build new capabilities in the areas of : Enterprise Architecture, as used in the advisory engagements and solutioning work done by DivIHN for its clients.
Project and Program Management best practices and discipline for managing projects that will be carried out by DivIHN, and as service for clients.
- They will provide leadership in Quality and work with the Internal Quality Assurance group to ensure practical quality systems and alignment of our project delivery work with the CMMI and ISO requirements
- They will enable development of Thought leadership content for e holistic architecture solutions for hybridized ecosystems and work with Marketing for developing a community of specialists in the chosen area of Thought Leadership.
- In addition to building above capabilities that would apply to almost all delivery groups in the organization, they will directly manage projects that are either sold by their group or assigned to their group
- Work with corporate sales team or other sales members to promote and sell services from their group (Enterprise Solutions) or those from other specialization groups within DivIHN.
As a Principal, the selected professional will have some business development responsibilities; however, the main expected impact would be in the areas of capabilities development, client advisory / solutioning, project / service delivery excellence, and thought leadership. Experience & Qualifications
- Experience as an Enterprise Architect (minimum 5 years and preferably recent); Experience working with and advising C level executives in small / medium / large corporations
- Experience managing large projects and / or business critical projects successfully in a Project Manager or Program Manager capacity
- Experience designing software solutions in custom development; experience with low-code / no-code platforms will be an added advantage
- Strong exposure to internal quality systems (design, development, and support) and belief in continuous improvement as the right thing to do
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Solution Architecture
- A minimum of 10 years in technical team leadership role
- Strong conceptual foundation in Software Engineering / Systems Engineering
- PMI certification will be an advantage
Location : We prefer the Principal - ES to be based in Chicagoland or nearby with the ability to be present in our Hoffman Estates, IL office once a week on Wednesdays.
The second preference would be presence in or near Washinton DC, with willingness to travel to Hoffman Estates once every three months.
Travel to client locations in the US (and offshore location in India) will be required as per project and business demands.
