What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the planning, execution, and delivery of one or more projects. Your responsibilities will include :

• Lead and manage project teams, providing clear direction and support. Monitor project progress against established plans, track key milestones, and proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or deviations.
• Monitoring job costs, maintaining accurate forecasts, and ensuring timely billing and scheduling.
• Partnering with Superintendents to oversee daily field operations and ensure productivity.
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships to foster communication and secure future opportunities.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of project management processes and methodologies within the organization. Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
