Project Coordinator

Starting pay : $21 / hr+ DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain weekly project profit and loss (P&L) reports.
• Accurately code fuel charges, timesheets, materials, subcontractor / vendor invoices, and expense reports.
• Submit project billing to Accounts Receivable to ensure timely client invoicing.
• Track project costs to monitor profitability and identify variances.
• Assist in creating and maintaining red-line / as-built drawings from project progress reports.
• Coordinate and track required project permits, following up with vendors and stakeholders as needed.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the project management and construction teams.
