As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee projects, working closely with Operations leadership, warehouse staff, our sales team, and clients. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are crucial for success in this role.
What you'll do : Project Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries
Track the status of orders, from procurement to delivery, ensuring materials arrive on schedule.
Coordinate delivery schedules with clients
Manage submittal drawings from creation to approval.
Manage invoices from submission to payment.
Proactively identify and address project issues
Communication and Collaboration
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all clients, sales representatives, and internal teams
Provide regular updates on project timelines, delivery statuses, and potential delays
Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to ensure a positive project outcome.
Administrative Support
Maintain project records such as work orders, documented communications, & change orders
Organize and archive project files
Coordinate with the design team for submittals, custom drawings, and unique requests
Create standard submittals and use the design automation software to specify custom designs.
What you'll bring :
Experience in Project Management, Construction, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills. Must be able to effectively interface with personnel at all levels of the organization
Experience with MRP / ERP (Salesforce) is a plus, but we have excellent training for the right candidate
