Material Expediter / Analyst
CACI Inc. is seeking a Material Expediter that will support the FEMA sponsored National Public Warning System Sustainment (NPWS) Task. This will include managing the operations and maintenance of client power redundancy equipment, monitoring systems and other assets at 78 US and territorial sites. Work with vendors to resolve equipment and remote site issues. Organize and track NPWS assets.
Responsibilities include tracking all NPWS assets in a custom database, maintaining local inventory of parts and supplies, shipping parts, supplies, and equipment as needed to and from NPWS sites, coordinating fuel testing program and results, ordering equipment, parts and supplies, working with vendors around the country to maintain and repair equipment at the NPWS sites, reviewing work orders from vendors and paying invoices, maintaining weekly reports for the FEMA program office, and coordinating with local NPWS site personnel for equipment service or reporting.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree (BA / BS) or equivalent experience and 1+ years of related work experience. Work independently at CACI site / client site / remotely. Excellent communications skills (both oral and written). Ability to travel (up to 10%) to FEMA NPWS locations in the local area. Good organizational skills. Desired familiarity with contracts and / or invoices. Self-starter and have the ability to work within a team in a structured but unsupervised environment.

Pay range : This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location. Minimum required hourly wage : $26.18.
