Job description

Responsibilities

The Strategic Partnerships team is a critical means by which we drive collaborations for all products with developer and Platform partners. For the role of business development manager, we are looking for an experienced BD manager to build partnerships with developers and platform companies. Responsibilities - What You'll Do

  • Have a deep understanding of LLM / app stores / mini apps / search / developer platform products
  • Build and manage relationships with developers and platform companies. Be able to complete API / mini program integration with these partners to improve product experience
  • Achieve goals through professional negotiation skills and network resources
  • Propose product innovation and improvement suggestions based on product needs and actual technical capabilities, and be responsible for implementation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams(like product, operation, marketing, PR and legal teams) to carry out global projects and track performance

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above, or equivalent practical experiences
  • Business development experience with a deep understanding of the mobile apps / search industry. Work experience in apps store and developer platform is a plus
  • Strong negotiation / communication skills and project management skills. Be able to drive the project from initiation through execution
  • Willing to step out of the comfort zone and go extra mile to drive results in a fast-paced global organization
  • Engineering / Tech background is a plus

    [For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $93600 - $212800 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses / incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).

    The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
