Bridge global and local : Serve as the primary liaison between Global Marketing and North American Sales. Translate global strategies into locally relevant campaigns by researching market specifics, staying ahead of fitness trends, and refining value propositions for region-specific messaging.
Own the marketing mix : Manage and maintain all North American marketing channels—including digital platforms, social media, direct marketing, and PR—ensuring campaigns align with global strategy and resonate with local audiences.
Partner with segment leaders : Collaborate to design and implement tailored sales and marketing strategies that address segment-specific needs. Provide strategic support and resources to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Drive measurable impact : Plan, implement, and optimize ROI-driven marketing initiatives across multiple touchpoints, including landing pages, ad campaigns, email nurtures, and content creation. Track performance and report on results to ensure maximum impact.
Empower the Sales team : Collaborate with product marketing to distribute high-impact sales collateral, including pitch decks, product information, case studies, videos, tech sheets, blogs, and whitepapers. Ensure Sales has the tools they need to engage prospects and close deals.
Amplify events : Work closely with the Events team to promote EGYM events in North America, driving attendance, engagement, and brand visibility.
Champion the brand : Act as the EGYM North America brand advocate. Ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all channels, and maintain a strong, recognizable presence in the region.
Set and track KPIs : Establish key performance indicators to measure campaign success. Communicate priorities, timelines, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders to keep everyone aligned.
Manage cross-functional collaboration : Work with Product Marketing, Brand, and Events to ensure campaigns are aligned and timely.

Experienced in B2B marketing, ideally within a global organization, balancing local execution with global direction.
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments — you don’t wait for perfect information to move forward.
Comfortable with both strategy and execution — equally confident building a plan or writing the copy for a social ad.
Strong collaborator with a track record of working cross-functionally to get things done.
Curious, adaptable, and motivated to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
You understand and are comfortable with the travel expectations for this role (both domestic and international) at 15-20%. A valid passport is required.
Your training goal for your first 6 months
You will demonstrate a clear understanding of the Global Marketing & Brand strategy.
You will devise a comprehensive marketing plan for North America in collaboration with local Sales teams and Global Marketing.
You will stay current on the latest marketing trends, particularly in the fitness industry.
The equipment we provide
You will earn an annual salary of $75,000 to $85,000.
