SALES MANAGER

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our Shoot 360 El Dorado Hills location. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving new member acquisition, managing retention efforts in a fast-paced, high-energy, consumer-focused environment. This franchise operates on a recurring revenue (membership) model, and the ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned) :

• Sales & Growth Leadership

Drive new membership sales through lead generation, conversion strategies, and community outreach. Develop and execute sales plans and marketing initiatives to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals. Lead by example in handling tours, consultations, and closing memberships, personal training, Leagues, camps & clinics. Manage the sales funnel using CRM tools and analytics to improve conversion rates. Deliver Baseline / Benchmarks and ensure execution of GM Success Routines.

Deliver a best-in-class customer experience that enhances brand loyalty and retention. Build relationships with members and local community influencers to support growth and engagement. Manage member feedback, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction scores.
