Employment Litigation Attorney

We are looking for an experienced

• employment litigation attorney
• (3-5 years) to assist with drafting
• demand letters, complaints, and related pleadings
• . You'll work directly with clients to develop the facts and strategy, using client materials that are already organized and ready to go.
• Responsibilities
• Draft demand letters, complaints, and other pleadings in employment cases
• Work directly with clients to gather facts and refine claims
• Incorporate client-provided documentation into case filings
• Collaborate with our team to develop case strategy and next steps
• Qualifications
• J.D. and active bar membership (California preferred)
• 3-5 years of
• employment litigation
• experience
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent client communication skills
• Compensation :
• $115-$130 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated ability to work independently

This position is structured as an independent contractor engagement for licensed California attorneys. You will exercise professional judgment and control over your work methods, maintain your own equipment and professional liability insurance, and may accept work from other clients. This is not an employment relationship.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $104,016.45 - $125,267.12 per year
